Introduction to Christian Doctrine (Course 52)
A 12-week foundational course covering the major doctrines of the Christian faith as required by the Free Methodist Church USA for pastoral formation (Course 52). Designed with a lighter workload for Swahili-speaking candidates with limited internet and technology access. Covers God, Scripture, Creation, Humanity, Sin, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, Salvation, the Church, and Last Things — all from a Wesleyan-Arminian perspective with references to the FMC Articles of Religion.
Evangelism & Discipleship
A 10-week course equipping Conference Evangelist candidates with biblical foundations, practical methods, and cross-cultural skills for effective evangelism and discipleship. Rooted in the Free Methodist tradition and the 2023 Book of Discipline (¶5660), this course prepares men and women gifted by God to promote revivals and spread the gospel of Christ.
Wesleyan Theology
This course helps participants understand the development, distinctives, and application of holiness Wesleyan theology. Rooted in the ministry of John Wesley and the Arminian tradition, students will explore prevenient grace, justification, sanctification, entire sanctification, and the practical implications of a holy life.
